Herbal Pedicure

This is a very easy pedicure procedure, natural and healthy way....

Warm water - 5 liters
Rock Salt - Hand full
Lemon juice - 1 medium size, full
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Take a large bowl that fits ur feet. Fill it with all the above ingredients and seep ur legs into the water for 20 minutes...... Then remove the legs from water and rinse with cold water and make it dry and apply some moisturizing body lotion.

For Nurishing Skin

One of the best way to keep the skin nourishing is.....

Take equal parts olive oil and almond oil and rub for 10 mins on the face... and allow it to stay for 30 mins and then rinse the face with Channa Dal flour(basin) or with dehusked broken green gram flour.......

Summer care

Bye to white snow and we are giving a worm welcome to sun. The sun is happy to shine on us and we should be ready to accept that. Maintaining the skin during summer time is one of the important one for women. Some of my suggestion as a beautician are:

1. Wash your face with water after every 2 hours to avoid the grease on your skin.

2. You can wash your face with just plain water, and then rub ice on your face.

3. Drink a lot of water.

4. Always use a sunscreen lotion.

Before make up


There are many types of make-up. I am telling about simple make-up. Before a person is ready to put make-up, these are some of the steps to be taken:

1. Clean the face with some cleansing lotion.

2. Then wash the face with ice cold water

Now start applying make-up.

Great, Healthy Nails

Healthy nails are transparent and look pink in color as a result of the blood beneath them.

1. Drink lots of water. Keep your body hydrated everyday to maintain healthy nails.

2. Drink fresh carrot juice as often as possible as it is rich in calcium and phosphorus and good for strengthening your nails.

Banana pack



This pack is for dry skin



INGREDIENTS:



2 medium bananas
* honey optional

INSTRUCTION




Mash bananas with a fork...dont over mash or it will be too runny. Add honey* if desired. Smooth over skin, let sit for 10 minutes, rinse off with cool water.


RESULTS IN:



Very healthy and moist skin. It nourishes the skin and make the skin healthy. It makes the skin soft and smooth.

Carrots facial mask


INGREDIENTS:



2-3 large carrots
4 1/2 tablespoons honey

INSTRUCTION:



Cook carrots, then mash. Mix with honey. Apply gently to the skin, wait 10 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.


RESULTS IN:



This will make the skin glow. Nourishes the skin. Increases the complexion.
